The Conditions stated herein are subject to the stipulations of the Spanish Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Conditions of Purchase, of the Spanish Law 26/1984, of 19 July, for the Defence of Consumers and Users, of the Spanish Royal Decree 1906/1999, of 17 December 1999, for the regulation of Purchasing by Telephone and Electronic Means, of the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, for the Protection of Personal Information, of the Spanish Law 7/1996, of 15 January for the Regulation of Small Trade, and of the Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Trade. The user accepts that the laws applicable to the operation of this service are the Spanish laws and that she/he shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Tribunals and Courts of Barcelona for the resolution of any disagreements derived from the interpretation or application of these conditions. Delisite.com reserves the right to effect any changes that it should deem appropriate under the established terms and conditions. 3. The products that are marketed via Internet by Delisite.com will be received in proper packaging at the mail address indicated by the Customer in the form he/she has filled out. For such purposes, the Customer declares that all the information given when registering is true, complete and exact, and that, in keeping with the Organic Law 15/1999 for the Protection of Personal Information, by registering the person expressly authorizes Delisite.com to include in an automated file the personal information that is found in the form, insofar as such information is necessary for the correct provision of services. All notifications, demands, requests and other communications that must be effected by the parties in relation with these Conditions will be carried out in writing and it will be understood that they have been properly carried out when they have been delivered in hand or posted by ordinary mail to the physical address of the other party or the latter's electronic mail address, or to any other physical or electronic mail address that for such purposes one party may indicate to the other one. |

In the event that any clause included in these conditions should be declared totally or partially null or invalid, such a nullity or invalidity will affect only that clause or the part thereof that it is null or invalid, which henceforth will be considered void, without affecting the rest of the conditions herein. |
